Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update in the courier’s system. If you haven’t received your tracking details within the expected timeframe, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance.

To ensure you can easily track your package, we recommend checking both your inbox and spam folder for the tracking email. Additionally, most orders can be tracked through our website or directly via the carrier’s online tracking portal. If you experience issues with tracking updates or your package appears to be stuck in transit, our support team is happy to investigate and provide solutions.

In rare cases, tracking updates may be delayed due to customs processing or carrier delays. If you notice that your tracking status hasn’t changed for an extended period, please reach out to us so we can work with the shipping provider to get real-time updates on your order’s status.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the following timeframes, please contact our support team:

  • Apparel & Accessories: 25 days after purchase
  • Home Decor, Gadgets, Home Electronics: 35 days after purchase

Once you reach out to us, we will initiate an investigation with our shipping partners to track your package and determine the cause of the delay. In some cases, delays may occur due to customs processing, local carrier issues, or extreme weather conditions. If your package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

For missing deliveries, we kindly ask that you check with your local postal service, neighbors, or any alternate delivery locations before reaching out. Sometimes, carriers mark items as delivered before they actually arrive. Shipping Costs

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and other customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. Restricted Shipping Destinations

Unfortunately, due to shipping limitations, some items cannot be shipped to the following countries:

  • All products except personalized shirts & hoodies: Guatemala, Bolivia, Peru, Montenegro, Syria, Kuwait, Georgia, North Korea, Jordan, Ecuador, and Morocco.
  • Extended shipping time (50+ days) for certain products: South Africa, Peru, Argentina, Bulgaria, Romania, and French Polynesia.
